At NeuroBionics, we aim to advance human health through bioelectronic medicine by developing devices that seamlessly integrate with the human body, and democratize access to neuromodulation therapy.
Our Story
NeuroBionics was founded in 2023 by MJ Antonini and Nicki Driscoll, who have each spent over a decade developing cutting-edge tools to interface with the nervous system.
Both have personal connections to neurological disorders, having witnessed the devastating effects on their own family members. During his medical training, MJ saw firsthand the overwhelming unmet needs of patients with neurological conditions. While working together in the Anikeeva lab at MIT, MJ and Nicki recognized the transformative potential of the fiber technology they were developing to offer a less-invasive option for neuromodulation therapies. Driven by their shared vision, they launched NeuroBionics to bring this breakthrough technology to patients and revolutionize healthcare.
